Here you can be updated about all that happens on the Julián Lara's American Tour, that is composed in two legs, the first one in New York from April 23rd to 28th, and the second one from June 1st to 8th. Julián himself tells us how the things were on his american adventure. But the first thing is to give thanks to everyone involved with his collaboration to make possible this Tour:

MARCISUR

Well, here I go with the chronicle of the first leg of this "AMERICAN TOUR 2005". Let's start with the trip to New York, from April 23rd to 28th, I tell about the pictures in the order they happened:

That very bad face of me was nothing compared to my arriving to NYC. Here I was about to take off from the Heathrow London airport to NYC, that plane is from American Airlines, what a plane.

Well, just arriving that limo behind me took us from the JFK airport and we went to have a little fun and drinkings, of course Jack Daniels.

On the way to the hotel, in the very heart of Manhattan, I couldn't help to stop and stare at the Times Square .

In the morning I went to see all that I could, here you see me standing at the 5th Avenue with the famous Chrysler building behind me .

I went too to the Empire State Building as you can see. The D and the H in my rings are just because of the "DeadHunters".

In the hall of the Empire State, that's amazing just to enter in the building, but more amazing was the huge amount of people waiting to go up to the view from the top, and I had not such time.

Obligations rules and here I am at the gates of the Cervantes Institute just before the premiere of "Zombie Xtreme".

Here I am checking the "Zombie Xtreme" copy just to be sure that in the screening there were not any awful surprise.

Here I´m being interviewed for the news of the HITN-TV channel, Televisión de Galicia and Canal Sur TV.

Paco Millán introducing me to the audience just before the screening of "Zombie Xtreme".

Very happy for the successful screening and the media covering, isn't it cool?

In the next days I tried to see all things that my free time allowed me, so here I am at the Rockefeller Center.

And here I am under the tallest building of the Rockefeller Center.

I went back to the Times Square to see it better and with no hurry, to eat in the Planet Hollywood Restaurant and buying some gifts...

Well, here I am at the Wall Street, out of curiosity...

What's behind me is the World Trade Center, where the Twin Towers were, unbelievable...

I went to eat a pizza in Mulberry Street, the main street in Little Italy.

I went to Elizabeth Town in New Jersey looking for some locations of The Sopranos, and here I am in front of the Manolo's Restaurant, named in the serie as the Vesubio.

The Brooklyn Bridge is too long and I made myself some pictures...

I walked along the entire Brooklyn Bridge and me feet finished destroyed, but the hurt was worth for the pretty walk.

The Statue of Liberty view from the Brooklyn Bridge, that's the nearest place that I was from the Statue, in fact I was not intended to spent half a day to visit it, just because I had no time.

Here I am at the doors of the Studio 54 building, where the famous discoteque Studio 54 was once upon a time.

In my long flight back to Madrid from NY I spent the time reading the book from Jenna Jameson, the greates porn star in the whole world...GRRR!! as Homer Simpson would say.

With that problem of the jet lag I couldn't sleep, it just wasn't my time!!! so I asked the flight attendant a sweet whiskey-cola to relax, and it worked...

Here I go with the chronicle of the second leg of this "AMERICAN TOUR 2005". Let's finish with the trip to Los Angeles, from June 1st to 8th, I tell about the pictures in the order they happened:

Well, I took my flight in Sevilla on June 1st at 8 am and arrived to LA around 8 pm, it meaned 5 am spanish time, so I was a piece of shit, and I just could take the rented car and go to the hotel that you see, the Westin Bonaventure in downtown Los Angeles.

So in the Thursday June 2nd I had some free time in the morning I went to the Studios Universal Hollywood.

My first stop was to see the amazing "Terminator 2: 3-D", it was so great that I had to see it again before leaving the theme park.

Walking by I could meet the famous shark of the Spielberg movie, but there was nothing to be afraid of, it was already dead...

What you see behind me is a DeLorean, as seen on "Back to the Future" driven by Marty McFly, that was the entrance to "Back to the Future, the Ride", and what a ride...

That night I drove to Beverly Hills because I was invited to attend to the ceremony awards of the XRCO where I could met Jenna Jameson, as you can see, the queen of porn, beautiful, isn't she?.

Also I could met the great Ron Jeremy at this ceremony awards.

Here I am with two importans actresses of the porn cinema, Nikita Denise and Kimberly Kane.

With Venus and Toni Ribas having a little fun...

Well, so I had free time in the Friday morning I went to Hollywood, and here I am in front of the Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood Boulevard.

Behind me you can see the Hollywood hills with the famous sign.

Here you are the sign in a bigger size, out of curiosity, but once you've seen it, it's not such a big deal, let's follow...

Yes, I am at the door of the Kodak Theatre, where the Oscars ceremony awards take place.

In the afternoon I´m going to the Burbank Airport Hilton, that's where the Fangoria's Weekend of Horrors convention will take place. I'll organize everything the day before. I like to drive by the freeways in LA, is very easy, or that's what I thought.

Convention starts, and here I am to try to scare the audience, but I´m not the only one here these days.

I coincided there with one of the greatest spanish filmmakers, Álex de la Iglesia, and here we are as a good partners, next to his co-writer Jorge Guerricaechevarría.

I answered the questions of the audience in the auditorium.

The audience in the full auditorium of the Hilton Convention Center.

I was interviewed by many TV stations, here they are with me people from Fangoria TV.

It was so nice to meet the female stars of "Evil Dead", the "Ladies of the Evil Dead", and they also have their own website.

It was an honour to meet here Bruce Campbell and Ted Raimi.

Here I am laughing with Bruce and Ted's jokes, but here a female arm almost cover Ted's face.

Also I could see again John Landis, who I could met before in Sitges.

Tobe Hooper also presented his last horror movie at the convention.

In my last day in California, I decided to relax, and I went to the Venice beach.

Also I went to the sunny Santa Monica beach.

Of course, a little further there is the Malibu beach so I spent a while over there too.

Let's go home, here I am in the first of the 3 flights that I needed to take to come back to Sevilla. Now from LA to NY, around 5 hours of flight and 3 clock hours more.

Now I´m in the plane from NY to Madrid, and in this almost 8 hours I´m reading the Jenna Jameson's book, taking a nap and drinking some Jack Daniel's!!! 6 clock hours more.

I can't believe that almost 24 hours after my departure from LA at last I arrived to Sevilla, I´m more dead than my own zombies... how sad, the American Tour 2005 arrives to the end.

 Greetings from Julián Lara!!!!!!!!!!
