Throughout the years I have been given many Awards, but I remember tenderly the time when I was given an honorary award, in 2014, at a film festival in Málaga, Spain, a film festival that I had attended in the previous years. But at the time of receiving the award, I have recently had surgery on one of my knees. So I had to attend the film festival on a wheelchair. How could I refuse the award? It was hard but also a funny situation.
Actually, I had more fun the previous year, in 2013, when I attended this festival without any surgery, and besides I became good friend with the actor and my favorite Spanish comedian Pedro Reyes, whom I miss so much. He passed away in 2015.
